Nervous system balance

We live in a manic world and staying regulated is key to living a happy, harmonious and balanced life. Learn to identify how you experience stress, learn techniques to diffuse stress in your body and mind, and develop ways to dissolve tension and nourish your nervous system for improved wellbeing on and off the mat.

Yoga for older bodies

Weekly classes (now via Zoom) designed for mature yogis incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises) to invigorate your energy, asanas (movement) to condition your body, and meditations to nourish your mind. No experienced required. Maximum class size of 6 people so booking is recommended.

Pre & post natal yoga

Support your journey through pregnancy and early motherhood by learning how to build strength and stability, as well as how to shift into deep relaxation to prepare you for labour, rehabilitation and adapting to life as a mum. Both group and private classes available on request.
